ОтветитьWhat a great routine! My lymphedema isn’t from breast cancer but from metastatic melanoma and the removal of twenty-eight lymph nodes under my right arm. Needless to say this “Popeye” arm drives me crazy from the swelling. Looking forward to trying this routine. Thank you for your very informative videos!
