I lost 10kg in 3 months on keto. What keto lacks is variety so it is both difficult and probably unhealthy to stick with long term. But in the short term, it is the best weight loss program out there. Here is what it did for me so far (and I am sticking with it for a few more months: Better mood, better sleep, less neck pain, less stress, no more muscle cramps, less acnea, more energy, higher self confidence, higher sex drive. I dont care what anyone says, loosing weight will improve your life.

I lost 25 pounds and all my health problems reversed. Thanks to keto. No meds anymore! It works but be smart. Eat healthy fats. Don’t eat bad fats. Flip the pyramid. I saw a post the other day. Sugar in the eyes is glaucoma. Sugar in the blood is diabetes. Sugar in the brain is dementia made me realize sugar is the number one killer. When you’ve got children in modern-day times who are 20% more obese than children 20 years ago you need to realize how bad they’ve got us on sugar and their solution is something that will help them make money. Do the research and stay away from fake foods with crazy amounts of sugar.

Gosh that was quite a lackluster report. Ketosis is known to improve the mental health of people with schizophrenia as well as reduce symptoms (not cure) MS. I watched the video hoping for more details and was disappointed.

The advice at the end is shite, "eat that bread". After years of a low carb diet I find bread tasteless and unfulfilling and quite a stupid food.

You only lose twenty pounds or so? The morbidly obese low careers that lose 200#+ , might argue with you on that. To bad you know nothing about your subject, otherwise, you might be useful. Keto flu is electrolytes dropping. Salt ,magnesium and potassium added to diet will head that off. In the mean time, you will be learning more about low carb eating and eventually realize that most of the advise given by big medicine is for their own benefit ,not yours. Body does not need carbs at all.
