ОтветитьFrom an actual Loom user in the US, STAY AWAY FROM LOOM: there is no one to call if you have a support issue. Their policy, in order to save $$$, is to deny you any real support. You are on your own. No paid consultant can help you. It all looks great until something goes wrong, like even the updating of a credit card. Repeat: there is no customer service support. You are alone.
