ОтветитьI just started to make a daily routine about 2 days ago: After eating breakfast, check emails, Write the alphabet (lowercase & upper), write numbers 1-10, fill the rest of the page with random words starting by writing what's around me or whatever comes to mind and then put down whatever relates to it. After that 15 minutes of typing on a practice website, then practice drawing for 1-2hrs.
I'm working on my sleep schedule and hoping to get it done by next week 🥲
(Also, wasn't expecting an office clip 😎)

ОтветитьOk I’m not sure what is wrong, but despite the Christmas holidays being a special time of year, I find myself getting progressively sadder each day and seeing as you have a lot of knowledge in the psych department I figure you may know why this is?
ОтветитьI myself am a small and struggling writer, because I struggle to find any ideas while in high school, but there are some moments where new ideas and focuses come your way and raise you from your own struggles. The most important thing is that most of the time, is that most people should get the idea that writing down your emotions should help you reflect on not what to do that makes your life worse. Like Yoda says: Do or do not, there is no try.

ОтветитьYes, everyone thinks screen time is fun especially as a 5th grader but I've managed to set my screen time to weekends by my self and feel a lot better. (Not including my anxiety from school.)
ОтветитьNone of this can work for me I like to go with the flow if I feel like there's something that has to be done I don't want to do it and I am not motivated to do anything like if I'm doing the dishes and my grandma says do the dishes I don't want to do the dishes anymore because I feel like I have to do it

ОтветитьI did some sort of journaling while in school last year, mentioning small things during periods and doodling and moments like when a music artists album drops or someones birthday that day and splatting my emotion at the time was nice and interesting to look back in my phone and that journal ❤
