I rarely post on yourube but feel very compelled to right now, inspired by the self realized experiences many of you experienced while listening to this.
My whole childhood I wasn't allowed to be myself. I wasn't allowed to speak unless spoken to. I felt invisible to my parents and extended family. The only family I felt connected to was my siblings. As I grew up into a teenager I adopted an accent as I moved to an inner city school. It was a way of survival and a method of fitting in. After about almost 15 years I am now being revealed by the Lord of my true nature of expressing my self, vocally and emotionally, not only due to the throat chakra, but many others aswell. I couldnt wait to post, as I have listened to the root, solar plexus, and sacral chakra as I slept. After all, I was told I hid my true accent a few times recently (I am Carribean- American), and it's no wonder I've always mumbled when speaking since a teenager. This feels so good to be expressive without fear, and I know things will only get better, and there are plenty of battles, amongst this one I am facing and determined to tackle (along with the help of God)

Lord god healing my throat chakra it feels it's feel itchy itchy All it's have is but when swallowing something I feel i chew my food i havein being in hospital for one day choking of meat it hurts my throat I trying to careful chewing my food I haven't been having a little throat problem if i have sore throat I don't have Tulsa was taking out iwas 6 year old but I've been getting a lot of sorts throat just when I get a cold and I try not to get sick please father healing me

Been listening to this as I’ve been having throat and voice issues. This is the second night doing this (I also am an avid smoker and I’m taking a tolerance break because I can’t smoke as it’s been making it worse. I got sick and tried to keep going)

My throat has been feeling much better and clearer. Definitely it’s the not smoking part but I like to think this helps.

Hello, I’m currently writing this because my throat chakra is very blocked. I am just 17 and I had lived
an abusive childhood. I am currently out of that negative space and into a very positive space! I still have trouble with my feeling and the trauma that I witnessed in my youth. I was suffering from a tooth infection and my throat was sore. My voice was very hoarse.

I meditated with this for 3 days with only one hour meditation sessions each time and I almost have my health back.

Just pointing out that I have antibiotics because of how serious it got, not because of laziness.

I was working during the holidays of 2023 for Salvation Army and I had to sing for that job.

I am actually a professional artist.

Point is that if it wasn't for this music, I would have died. Thank you for uploading the music. ☯️

Can anyone provide their personal experience on how long their healing journey took for their throat chakra? I dont want to rush it and ensure I heal it to a state of balance I can maintain. My anxieties are always alleviated when I am speaking to friends or singing/writing and ive been practicing this along with meditation. The issue im having is that I dont have confidence in my own thoughts and I have trouble not being walked over because I dont make my feelings known.

i truly didn’t know I need this but I do. I bottle up my feelings inside and don’t honor my own boundaries. I’m gonna break this habit, because I have every right to speak my truth whether someone likes it or not.
