Mmm sardines! Those are one of my kids first foods, I was eating them and my babies were interested so I mashed some well with olive oil between my fingers into a paste and let them suck it off my finger. They still love sardines, and so do I.
Ответитьyou could use some garlic and onions too
ОтветитьBro, is that an AMAZON grocery store? They're literally taking over...
ОтветитьRye bread is healthier than white bread
ОтветитьDidn't even know Amazon had a grocery store.😂
ОтветитьI never thought someone could make a video about healthy food shopping with soooo many sexual innuendos. 🤦🏼♂️😆
ОтветитьPackaged lettuce, glyphosate rich Berries from Driscolls, and out of season veggies. Come on Dr. Mike!
ОтветитьLooks like a lot of glyphosate
ОтветитьI love you Dr Mike !!! 😂
ОтветитьI'm not eating kiwi with the skin on
ОтветитьFunny enough a banana is a berry but the strawberries and raspberries he picked up are not. Blueberries are berries
ОтветитьGreen beans. Make them taste less like green beans.
ОтветитьKiwis are so good! Second only to cantaloupe!
ОтветитьYou should have a DISCUSSION against Dr Ken Berry MD on food
Ответитьidk why but something about this brōther i dont trust
ОтветитьAmazing doc, thanks for the detailed and sound nutritionally correct information. I haven’t tried sardines, I usually slam a 120g box of Tuna post workout, but I’ll try out the sardines some day.
ОтветитьLesser evil popcorn...no inflammatory oils
ОтветитьGot him a cart full of glyphosate
ОтветитьActually maple syrup contains antioxidants, copper, calcium, magnesium, manganese, potassium and zinc. So saying it’s basically the same as cane sugar or high fructose corn syrup which have no nutritional value is not true.
ОтветитьSardines are absolutely amazing! I will die on that hill.
ОтветитьI had a plant focused diet. It resulted in me getting NAFLD. Stop sugar, carbs, and processed foods. Your life depends on it.
ОтветитьPoor western culture, do you think youre healthy with this shopping?? No
ОтветитьMy mom fed me a very low sugar diet when I was a kid. I only ever was allowed to have sugary drinks once a week(or two on a special occasion), I barely ever had foods with added sugar, and I can’t remember a time where we had sugary items available in the house, except for holidays of course. I didn’t love it when I was a kid, but I can’t thank her enough now! As an adult my sugar values are great, my risk of diabetes is very low, and I rarely if ever consume (OR even feel the need to consume) more than 15-20gs of sugar a day. Thanks mom!
ОтветитьWould love to see you try different cultures food
ОтветитьThank you so much for this video. Super helpful and well-presented. Your time and effort is most appreciated!
Ответить*buys berries *RIP WALLET
ОтветитьHe doesn't know anything about nutrition. Which isn't surprising because doctors only receive 10 hours of nutrition training, and it's all 1960's food pyramid BS.
ОтветитьWhat's "occasional" if one is eating clean otherwise?
ОтветитьPerfect in food . But what about MONEY?
ОтветитьA doctor valuing nutrition. Thank you! Because that’s NOT normal
ОтветитьI have a fever
ОтветитьHave you checked your blood sugar after eating blueberries?
You say ‘we have not found loss of nutritions in frozen berries’ . Did you do that experiment? If not, then why say ‘we’ ?
He is showing the supermarket name by chance.
Ответить@DoctorMike, you say maple syrup is no better than sugar. I'd agree when you only consider carb content. But what about the minerals and antioxidants contained in maple syrup. Yeah, it's sugar, but if someone is going to use sugar regardless, then why not at least get those few extra nutrients? Of course, this is only true of pure real maple syrup, not the "pancake syrup" stuff that is just flavored corn syrup.
ОтветитьReally Mikey. It appears you've been trying to KETCHUP on the nutrition front. 👍🙄 Keep working on it. You'll get there. 😀
ОтветитьPff A real BS video this guy knows nothing he just thinks he does !
ОтветитьForgot your red meat 🥩
ОтветитьDavid’s bread is my ultimate favorite! Sooo delicious! I like sardines too with a little lemon and tabasco, yum!!!
ОтветитьGreat video! But I noticed immediately you were at a brick and mortar store of Amazon. I thank you for sharing so much...but can I find this stuff at my grocery store? I feel I can, at an even better price.
ОтветитьWhy Greek olive oil?
ОтветитьNow I'm not a native English speaker but I do have a degree in it. And when someone says "I wanna go to town on those strawberries" it sounds just a tiny wee little bit sus :)
ОтветитьSpinach and Kiwis are high in oxalates and oatmeal if full of glyphosates and the protein avenin which is an antinutrient. Do care for A1 dairy products. We should all be eating A2 dairy if we MUST eat dairy which is not necessary. You can get your calcium and fat from meat and vegetables.....hmmmmm.......not good for MY body.
Ответитьi started eating kiwi fruits before bed and i've been sleeping better, thanks doctor mike!
ОтветитьWhat do I do if I can't stand the taste of most vegetables/fruits/berries? I really hate how picky I am and I know it costs me but I feel like I can't do anything about it. It also doesn't help I'm allergic to bananas
ОтветитьStay away from oats !! Not great advice on that !!
ОтветитьI see here that you are very emotionally connected to your fructose lol no wonder you were so triggered by Gundry.
ОтветитьI'm trying to raise my LDL-C. So I guess I should avoid green beans.
ОтветитьCongrats!
