I played and bought d3. Play it for 15 hours if that. Guess what, blizzard hasn’t gotten a dime since. Think I’m not buying Xbox again either. I’m done with Xbox live, done buying disc listening. I want the game and not the licensing for the game that I can’t install without being online.

it is absolutely not true, the real money shop removed for many reasons, the players are not one of them, but a money paying system is needed to play along with the countries taxation, and and have fun complying hundred plus countries laws at the same time. and than you have money laundering issues.

Just like you, I got caught in the trap of spending for this pile of garbage, went over 1000$ and was ranked 1# in a couple areas on my server, I did however come to my senses and was able to get a full refund for the money I spent, it's suckers like me that keep this alive, if we all boycott the pay-to-rng nonsense, game companies will have to change.

only just saw that in their "special deals" part of the store for diablo immortal, they are literalyl selling legendary gems which counts as gear imo. So they can't say they ain't selling gear just because its got a bonus step by using crests xD

I feel like solving thew whole P2W ruining F2P experience when it comes to online gaming is really si9mply solvable, the moment a player buys anything, be it currency, loot boxes (that contain actual loot that affects gameplay, not cosmetics) a battle pass, just make them enter a "People who paid" server, so like that F2P wont be discouraged of playing and competing with other players, because it will be their skils and time spent on the game that will make difference, not their wallets, this should also be oublic information so things like speedruns can be equally shared in both communities, "X´s dungeon any% speedrun "Ascended"(Or whatever name they choose for the "premium") server", like that you would have conlflic between players, if you wanna have better loot or whatever by playing youll face people who do the same, but if youre a dedicated F2P youll be with your F2P fellows, obviusly thered be exceptions as public areas or partying wiith your friends where a gear level regulation could be implemented idk, but this is my personal opinion so whatever.
