So, here's my dilemma...

I'm currently working with:
-gmail (already in circulation, tons of existing client conversations in that inbox...)
-google voice # (already in circulation, on business cards, etc)
-2TB paid google drive storage (using 700GB+ currently) synched with DESKTOP app
[many are files which I assign & share among small business team]

I need to:
-outsource my gmail AND google voice to new assistant
-migrate/move my paid google drive storage to a NEW/seperate google account (for security)
-use NEW/seperate gmail account for myself (for internal/team communication)

Any suggested solutions come to mind?
(the less headache better, and preferably without forfeitting my paid Google Drive storage)

Can admin read user emails ?

This video shows an email that is not a gmail being made a delegate. I have tried emails that are not gmail accounts, and it will not accept it. Am I missing something?

Can I assume that this will work, even if the person I am granting access to just has a "basic Gmail account" and is not part of my G-suite organization?

it's so stupid the way you cannot log out of individual gmail when you have multiple accounts, actually it's infuriating and could easily be coded into the system by your staff! Who wants to be forced to log out of eight or more accounts just because you want to log out of one!

What if you or the person that wants to give you delegation access to their gmail inbox are not G Suite users? I am a virtual assistant. I have a Gmail account and so does the person I will be supporting. The person I am supporting has a basic Gmail account (not a G Suite or business account). When the person tries to add me as a delegate, at the last step where they enter in my email address, it does not allow them to add me. What could be the issue?

Is there a way to do this but hide the email of the person who actually sent the email?

There's no option to Grant Access. I have turned on Delegation in the Gsuite settings as well. Anything else that needs to be done for this to appear or is this video outdated?

Can you disable the "send by" information? So that no one sees Dave's info?

I tried to add a friend with an AOL email address as a delegate (a die-hard Apple and AOL fan. Oh well, what can you do?), so he had to create a gmail account.

Well seems great only it Doesn't work! After clicking the "Add a mail account", entering the email address and clicking "Next step" it comes up with a window that required me to put the password of the mail account owner (for their original mail account that was added) which is not like shown in this explainer and doesn't make any sense either (if you want to allow some access to my gmail address why should I need their password/why would they even give it to me). Can't understand how Google makes such a complicated procedure for such a basic feature.
