How to create a motion tween with Adobe Animate CC

This was a feature back when the program was called Flash. My big concern now is that back then you were able to use the reverse key frames option back then, but now the option does not turn on in flash except if is key by key animation.

Of course, if this was another YT channel it would have a 5 min intro, a sub/like request, 20 minutes of soul introspection, half the explanation, 3 ads, the other half of the explanation, and omissions that render the video useless, not to mention no like bar and no comments.
