ОтветитьSo you went to the bank to get $40,000 off of credit, then asked the bank for another $275,000? Doesn’t make sense because they see you already in the hole for the $40,000 you owe. This doesn’t make too much sense. You have to have assets is the real talk here. They want to see you have money already. Maybe that worked in the 70’s but that’s not working today son.

ОтветитьThat's too risky. If anything goes wrong; you are screwed. It's better to use only a portion of your credit and borrow thecreditcardpayment plus what youcanp; just in case.

ОтветитьIt’s not that easy because that new debt of $40,000,is gonna show on your credit report affecting your loan qualification (debt to income ratio) and your money for down payment has to be in your account for at least the last two months.

the 44,000 before repayment is due. Furthermore not everyone has those credit card limits or balance transfer offers. Nonetheless it’s good advice for certain people who have already a more or less established financial condition. Thank you sir. 🙏

ОтветитьMy question is, how can you be making a profit from that $200,000 deal? Don’t you have to make payments to the bank for borrowing that $200,000? And most likely the $1000 profit that you make will go towards that payment. Then eventually you’re going to have to pay back the $40,000 that you got from your credit card. Where is the profit being made? I’m not trying to be difficult, just trying to get understanding.

ОтветитьMr, fain what do you think about debt consolidation. I signed up for debt consolidation to help me pay for at least 10k in debt. For 35 months , I have to pay around 200 a month. From what was explained to me by the company , overtime my credit score will improve. Am I doing the right thing ?
