WOTV: Water Selection Quest #9 (No EX Jobs or Rayches)

This one was tricky! AP/TP breaks is the name of the game for this quest. However, if you stand next to the Lich, he won't use his instant death TP skill for a while. Astrologer's Lance is extremely helpful here in order to get the double sleep on the ninjas. At the end vs Ramuh, make sure you always have his AP at 0, because his AOE skill only costs 5 AP.
