When you say "pure coconut milk" do you mean coconut cream?? Because there's no such think as pure coconut milk given that coconut cream is the creamier of the 2 as it is first pressed coconut. And as the coconut juice becomes more loose as it is pressed for 2nd or 3rd time it becomes coconut milk.
