@GreatScott!
Ответитьcan you make a 3d print model for the wooden base and give me
ОтветитьWith a drop of hotglue count: Infinity
ОтветитьAlways a great project. I suggest to make the frame and also the divisions using MDF cutting by CNC laser. Thumb up👍
ОтветитьScott what's your favorite component ever
ОтветитьIs there any way I could get a circuit schematic for this? I don't fully understand the wiring for the project.
ОтветитьHi. Nice tutorial. I like using foam board. Was thinking they sell plastic grate at grocery store for drying racks & such.
Anyway. Wouldn't a bulk box of individual 5050 neopixel, WS2812B standalone IC's be less expensive ? It's pretty much the LED strip, without the copper strip attached to it.
i just finished my 8x8 grid of random blinking lights. this is labor intensice, respect brother
ОтветитьWhy cut each LED individually like that? It makes a lot more sense to just do rows of strips and cut down significantly on the wiring and soldiering.
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьHi Scott!
I'm not sure weather you'll answer as the video's been posted 6 years ago, but my question is that i have created the same matrix and when i powered them, some (like with yours) begun to illuminate white while the rest were reciving signal from my controller. How did you solve that issue? what can i do to fix it?
Wonderful
ОтветитьAmazing😎😎, good job
ОтветитьSo… would one be able to make a circuit board of this to simplify everything and drastically reduce time involved?
ОтветитьQuick question is it not also possible to have the LED's as a 10 strip piece and use each 5v, Gnd and Data Pin to connect with the next strip? Asking is this wold wokr as well for my project.
ОтветитьKönntest du mal ein deutsches tutorial machen? Und vielleicht mal den code erklären, also wie man das programmiert
ОтветитьDid you test awtrix?
ОтветитьCan you make that to replace the regular backlight of any LCD?
Ответитьzentimeter?
Ответитьi wanted to make miles morales 2020 suit with this thing
ОтветитьAmazing build, just what I'm looking to do too
ОтветитьReally really good
ОтветитьCan i just buy a ready made one ??
Ответитьcan you make a more modern version with a schematic.
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьSeem like there would be a place that you could buy those grid strips precut or something.
ОтветитьReally nice video but could you explain the wiering a bit more?
Best wishes from Germany!
How to Do without Arduino
ОтветитьDo you have the shematic
ОтветитьZentiii meterr beechessss
ОтветитьOk, very late to the party and it's been asked but I'm going to again anyway. Why separate the individual LED's? Why not just lay out the strips for the grid then tie each row, or column to the next strip? NICE SCREEN!
ОтветитьQuestion 1 - why did you use black foam board? By using white board you get max reflection and brightness
Question 2 - why to use white acrylic sheet instead of black, it gives much brightness
Question 3 - why not use a aluminium sheet as base to depreciate heat and increase lifespan
WAIT A Minute! He put the grid on the matrix! The grid from TRON on the Matrix. Is the Master Control Program in control, or the Architect from the Matrix? Maybe the MCP controls the architect? But if the grid from TRON is on the matrix, then it seems like it runs inside the Matrix simulation, or on top of it, so the Architect is probably in control, but I don't know if the trainman is in control of the interface between the Grid and the Matrix. If so, the train man might be in control!
Ответить"Zentimeters" god those pesky germans..
I love'em. <:
Is there a way to make this
But transparent
And smaller
Like 8x8
And everything about programming?
Ответитьgreat project. have you checked out, what max size of pixel a neopixel can light up? it wand to make pixels bigger than 2x2cm.
ОтветитьOnly few of the codes are working and remain showing ledflasher: missing 'maintainer' from library and i was try to install ledflasher from library it was sitll missing, pls help me
ОтветитьDoes it work with an 40×40 matrix?
Ответитьreally good project! the result is very pretty
ОтветитьBut how do you code it, so it knows its a 10by10 display and not a 100led strip?????
Ответитьis the adafruit library always needed? I tried using basic digitalWrite code and it wasn't able to light up the pixels.
ОтветитьNice Video...
ОтветитьPlaying doom on 10×10 led matrix
ОтветитьNice....
