DRAGONBORN - Skyrim AE Modlist - Showcase & Review

REGARDING SEPTIMUS:
The original list author (GuitarNinja) has stopped supporting Septimus and is focusing on this list. It'll likely be maintained by someone new (and possibly renamed) sometime in the future. (written on 19th Jan 2023)

Was this rebranded as Sovngarde - A Dragonborn's Legacy or is that an entirely different modlist?

What happened to this modlist and The Path for Enderal (same creator)? Why were both taken down?

Aw man I was really looking forward to downloading this, but after some digging around in turned out to no longer be available. Is there any alternative that covers a similar set of mods with this visual style for AE by any chance?

Unfortunately the discord server requires you to use a cell phone, so I can't message. Thank you though for providing a link. I appreciate that you went through the trouble to put it in the description even though I personally can't use it. And thank you for the informative video, it helped me pick a list.

Aww.. I'd really like this list to be EnaiRim instead (i mean I love SimonRim but i've played a lot with that overhaul and I'd really like to try the performance of Dragonborn with EnaiRim twist haha)

It goes without saying, but please, READ THE ENTIRE README, FROM TOP, TO BOTTOM.

I found out soon after installing the modlist that you need the WHOLE AE package, not just the free upgrade.

I only skimmed through it, not even catching that part. Just took note of installation instructions and the like.

If the creator of this modlist is reading this, it would be great if you made a version of Dragonborn with only the free upgrade stuff.

Cause honest to God, that's several hours of my life I am NOT getting back.

So i installed this modpack and i like it. But in your video the blue flowers ar more alive and in the modpack they are just like vanilla. Is that because a mod you added?and if yes whats the name? Tx for all this reviews really good work

Hello, anyone got a problem with the mod? Installed it today, and it just CTD when it starts loading before menu.

Did they overhaul this modlist recently? I just got a PC and was playing on my laptop and there are 200 less mods downloaded this second go round now missing things like Folkvangr. Not sure if they tweaked it to improve performance, but it does look like the published modlist has changed. Is there a way to download archived versions?

Only works with AE, huh? Well, that leaves me out; I rolled back to 1.5.97 with the CC stuff added in.

Great review and the modlist is very interesting. I might just add some combat animations mods and its perfect for me as I love vanilla.. I wanna see more modlist reviews. Subbed.

Does anyone know if there are new companions like Lucien, Inigo, ETC? If not, does anyone have an idea if its easy to add those mods?

what mod causes stamina drain when sneaking, as well as the one that causes stamina drain when having the bow drawn? Want to turn them off if possible

Great video, I just tried the step guide 2.2 but found out it requires the AE additional CC content. Does the dragonborn mod list function with just the base AE game (Seducers/fishing/etc but not the 20$ paid ones)?

I just installed thid modlist. It is missing the Alternate Start - Live another life mod and for me that is a good mod to create interesting story builds. Can I install it? Should I?

I managed to install cloak physics in this list: 1) put XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended/Fixed scripts (optional) below Nemesis then faster hdt-smp. 2) Last step: put artesian cloaks below Cloaks and capes. It works :)

So, what's your top 5 vanilla + modpacks?

Modpack is basically just SEPTIMUS without LOTD, side by side the lists are almost exactly the same. I think GuitarNinja kept trying to take LOTD out but got loads of complaints so instead just set up a different list and left Septimus to other people to manage. Don't blame him LOTD dominates any list you put it in and I'm not a fan either.

The Best lightweight modlist with AE support right now, just a bit color saturated for me, but totally recommended.

Downloaded this a couple of days ago as my first mod list, for my first playthrough on Skyrim. Ideal for keeping the vanilla feel and experience, but just tweaking it a little to improve it and make it feel more like a current-gen title. Thoroughly impressed with my experience playing it thus' far.
