Is it necessary to use mergetool to remove conflict?

Congratulations on a really great git intro to git conflict resolution. I'll be using vscode, but I'll make sure I switch on the command-line display so I can follow on with what's happening under the hood, and I'll be able to see the commands you talked about. Keep up the good work.

Good one ,but you should have used Linux Os

Video gives a good understanding of the git but I really could not understand the importance of rebasing here. that was very confusing. wasn't it enough for Alice to try to commit and get the conflict and then resolve it and push it to master.

Nice tutorial.. but please use friendly user OS environment , which is not Windows ! , use OS X or Linux for tutorials like that. :/
