Is 60hz Playable in Radiant?

i am playing on 40 fps broo

so, the diffrence is that our pcs are so bad, they cant even maintain 60 fps, ur pc is good so its containously staying on 60 fps or Hz, but we also get frame drops to 20-30

60 hz 60 fps is alot worse than 240hz 60 fps with 240 hz its refreshing before a new frame even shows making it alot smoother than 60 hz and making you have less input delay

FPS and Hertz in A monitor a very different, if you wanna feel the 60 hertz game play go to display settings on window and lower the refresh rate to 60 hertz, having more than 60 frames helps but only then you can experience the true 60hertz

constantly playing on higher fps and then trying to play lower fps and doing good has to do with muscle memory at that point in my opinion, hard to be good consistently when you only play 60 fps and your fps is going up and down, its hard to get a consistent feel to aiming in my opinion when your fps is 60 and randomly drops while playing, sure low fps isnt the best thing but when its low and also going up and down it just makes getting a feel for aiming horrible

if u use a 60 hz monitor in 230 fps or a stable 60 fps it gives only slight difference but the peoples use 60 hz wont have that stability since they dont have the luxury to upgrade so its pointless since most of their average fps could be around 70 and its gona drop while in aheavy combact situation like astra smokes brim ult etc which actually reflect a lot on fps and the way u doing test is also wrong u suppose to change hz in gpu settings not the fps now u r using low fps on high hz so u ill feel a slight slutter but the input lag wont be same as a 60 hz i would be more flexible.

I climbed to immortal 3 with 60fps now kinda quitting knowing i will never reach radiant on a laptop

There is a big difference between 60hz and other refresh rates, 144-240hz are almost the same it wont change how you play honestly, but 360hz is just another whole level its so smooth if you constantly have +300fps. Ive used all the monitors and not lowered my fps.

240hz is a huuuge diff, btw valorant runs at 128 tickrate so 128 or 256hz monitor would be best if its exist

u can't tho. Max rank i got while playing on 60 hz and getting barely 80-100 fps per game, was d2 and i was mainly bottom fraggin'. When i upgrade my setup i started top fragging and i got asc1.

framerate dont matter if your getting onetapped every peek

i dont mind having stable 60 fps, i mind when my laptop can have a peek performance of 140 fps but it goes up and down, up from 130 fps down to 20 fps💀

For everyone talking out their asses, the hz doesn't change the input delay at 60fps. higher fps makes input delay lower, hz just changes the amount of frames your monitor can show. If you think about it logically, how could a monitor's refresh rate reduce the time it takes for a computer to register inputs? The answer is it can't.

The main thing is also RAM, Modern PCs RAMs are from 4500 to 5400 mhz , but in older PCs like mine i have 800mhz of 2 gb RAM total 4 slots equals 8GB of RAM >_<

locking frames on a capable machine and locking hz on a capable monitor with low ms isnt the same as playing on a shity pc with a shity 10 yo 60 hz monitor

I barely even get 45 fps, I've seen my screen froze and yet I've played with radiant 91 in the past.
The one time I tried 144, I was hitting 33-3-6 with a reyna against ascendants, so I'm good.
