Thanks for the help! one of my mods was glitching may game turining everything to Russian which i couldent read and when i deleted all my mods it got fixed.

Im removing all, but it's taking forever. Stuck on screen "Removing your subscriptions..." Not sure if it's frozen or it's actually doing something, so stupid how Steam made this. There is no progress bar nothing, just a circle turning.

Thank goodness i found this, i have a crap ton of mods on l4d2 that i don't use, every time i boot up the game it takes forever to load all the mods. So this is super helpful

Its NOT that simple! You may unsubscribe BUT you still have the Mods installed on your Hard Drive - They are just not getting updated anymore. Its so dumb, How can you locate these sometimes extremely large mod files and remove them from your hard drive??

I was playing mudrunner and a added all mods ! the mods i added was over 100gb and over 3700 modes .that means that i had oven 100.000 files for sure .

make sure to do this from a web browser and not the steam clinet, because the steam client can crash from too many tabs and won't let you resume resubscribing to mods!

i had 29 pages of mods about 27gbs

Am I the only person and all of steam who does not see my profile name above the most popular selection? Is for me there is a Grayed out section that says browse mods and that's all.

Steam is a great game hosting site, but the control over the workshop and the points market will never be resolved due to overt-monetary gain. I'm not paying for points if Steam trolls it customers of the achievement system and the special sales, which aren't that special due to Ellen Durraks horrible, HORRIBLE perception on demand-scheduling. She needs to be fired!
