Hilarious because I just left Thailand, was there for 3 weeks. This is so true when it comes to barging, even Tuk tuk, you have to show them and be serious. Also, At market tried to sell scarf for 2500 baht,told her 300 and was walking away, she agreed when she saw I wouldn't budge from 300 baht. You have to bargain with everything in Thailand, beautiful country, great food, people are very friendly but you have to stand firm when bargaining
