I get bluescreen if I put my ram in the A1 and B1, If I put them in A2 and B2 it runs fine, but if I add two more ram cards and put tthem in A1 and B1 I get bluescreen, is my computyer broken?

Should be termed of slots as D1 and D2, S1 and S2, ( D for Dual, S for Single)

My FX 8350 has 8gb limit set ea slot of 4 slots. When it uses dual off the 2 Dual channels, it will convert ea channel on that 1 socket to 4gb ea channel ( whatever the size of gb ) for a total of 8 GB ( cpu limit)and uses that lowest dominator for the rest of the slots no matter what the size is ,dual or singlle, stick as it takes the reading of the dual to convert the limit of each stick the factory limit or setting ( not sure of troubleshoot to increase range ) as initial base of path the cpu will give you. No matter the gb size using a single 8 gb stick in the B slot, cpu already took dual route as 4gb each channel and take that course regardless if you have an 8gb stick single for a total of 6 channels when using Duals Ram. This shows I have to stick to Single but fast ram sticks until someone here show me the equations to fix this. 24GB instead of 32 or 64 of using dual and now needing just singles to get to 32gb for the MBoards limit is 32gb Ram expansion.

Hey dude. I hope you can answer this question. I had xtreme trouble with a pc, which basically had me buying almost another full pc to try and fix. I gave up in the end and bought a complete new pc. This 1 is a Gigabyte B660M Gaming X AX DDR4 Motherboard with 12700 cpu and 2x8gb TForce sticks. In my stock pile from buys to fix last pc, I have 4x16gb TForce sticks (2 seperate 2x16s, bought at different times). After watching this vid, Im a little confused whether I can put all 4 larger sticks in as I notice that the CL numbers are different from 1 set to the other. ie CL 16-18-18-38 1.35v and the other is CL 16-20-20-40 1.35v. Can I throw all these 4 sticks in my new pc?

If I'm using three 16GB cards, are all of them going to work on single channel, or two of them will operate in dual channel and the third one in single channel?

I have a problem with a new CPU AMD RYZEN 7 5700X not boot with dual channel of memory
Only on single channel
(Used in Asus rog strix b450 f gaming ii)
Let you know that I have used this motherboard before with a RYZEN 9 3900XT and 64gb of memory on quad channel and everything is fine
I updated to the latest bios compatible with this processor, and when i change the memory model it's the same problem only one memory stick.

Well... my question is, if I have the RAM with same speed, but different capacity, do I put them as 8 4 8 4 or 8 8 4 4.
Going by this video, my guess is 8 4 8 4, but I have no idea.
I'm getting a new motherboard, which has 4 slots instead of 2, it comes with four 4 GB sticks, and I'm keeping the RAM from the old motherboard.
24 GB of RAM is obviously better than 16, so that's what I'll be going with, but the arrangement, I'm not 100 % sure about.

what happen if you install 16 (4x4gb) ddr 3 1333 and the system only shows you got 8GB (2x4 gb) ram? booting screen shows the PC spec and show it has 8gb, and after stsytem start up i checked the taskmanager also show 8gb ram. dont know how to fix it. 4 rams is totally work with A1B1 or A1B2.
