I listen to different books, stories or hypnosis every night this was the 1st time I had dreams that I ran into an acquaintance while shopping but she wouldn't shut up and I couldn't get away from her. I was so annoyed I woke up but she was literally still talking ha!😂

I have really bad anxiety which is worse at night....but finding your bedtime stories has been a lifesaver. They distract me from my worries and I soo enjoy all of the stories.
