ОтветитьWanted to try a different video to mix it up a bit and, I found my abs being worked out a bit more here. Although my arms are all noodley at the end still. I couldn't do the up and down plank jumping jacks with the space in my room so I made sure to do up and down. I like not having to go back into a plank multiple times. This was nice, and giving time to get in position really helped me keep up with this work out.

ОтветитьProbably oversharing, but fav'd this video ages ago, finally decided to kick myself in the ass to get in better shape with it. Maybe I'll try to update this each day I do it, so for Day 1, I'm freaking pooped lol. I got through a majority of the exorcises, at least by trying, but the only one I could not do was Up/Down Plank Jacks. But it's a start. Here's to hoping we can get there
