Fix "one of the disks in this virtual machine is already in use by a virtual machine or by snapshot"

Actually, only this video really helped me with VM issue "One of the disks in this virtual machine is already in use by a virtual machine or by a snapshot" happened due to external drive disconnected during VM loading. All internet guides advised to delete .lock or .lck files, but it didnt worked out. The guide on video required VM Pro, to use advanced functions, but works with VM Pro trial version too.
