Point is, taxes are an essential part of society, although in America there is plenty progress to be made regarding how the money is spent.

If I open a clinic that means that I do not have an asset cause the clinic will also take me money and I have to work there too. You won’t be able to jump on any new opportunity if all your money is tied up in something that can crash at any time. The secret to “assets” is skill building. Also taxes are a necessary part of society and successful people regularly take advantage of the benefits created by them. The government is not “stealing” your money.
