I been playing with Kraken Slayer and Electrocute and I like it but what makes Conqueror a better option?

In LOL PC Pantheon is a late game powerhouse after he get his 30% armor penetration on max level ult. If Darius can get 36% armor penetration (35% in PC), why Pantheon only get 20%?

I have done it with jax but you are probably talking about Katarina or something like that.

1st item - Youmoo’s Ghostblade

Please consider the following reasons.
15 flat armor pen is better than black cleaver in early game. And you don’t need to do damage to shred armor. You will have a movement speed advantage early on usually before the enemy has purchased their boots. You can even delay buying boots to put your gold towards more lethality. You don’t need the extra 5 ability haste early game because there shouldn’t be huge team fights yet. You should be easily winning ganks and 1v1’s. Attack speed for stacking his passive and farming faster. It gives more 10 more AD than black cleaver. And with the stun and block abilities the hp isn’t really needed especially if the enemy is dead because of the flat armor pen. Youmoo’s offers multiple advantages in the early which should allow you to pull ahead and snowball into the mid to late game.

Please don’t give up on youmoos. Try to think about it in a different way. I’ll explain further benefits in regards to his combos. The synergy between the black cleaver, blade of the ruined king, and pantheons empowered 2nd and 3rd ability is the secret to playing pantheon. Empowered 2nd ability allows pantheon to strike the enemy 3 times which gives him 3 of his stacks while the enemy is stunned. This is where the 20% attack speed from youmoos is important because you can either get in an auto before or after using your 3rd ability to block damage. you can end 3rd ability early for more of a Burst damage. The 3rd ability and AA means you will be at 5 stacks of his passive. This combo is insane, when combined with cleaver and ruined king. Essentially you will have already max stacks of black cleaver. And if using conqueror you will have some stacks. Keep in my mind you have jumped enemy, stunned them and then blocked damage, while fully stacking his passive and your items passives all while not taking any damage. You should have a huge hp advantage, conqueror stacks for ad and lifesteal. This is why youmoos is important the attack speed and lifesteal will sustain you through the rest of the engagement. As well it provides more armor pen which increases the effectiveness of lifesteal and it provides 15 ability haste. Only 5 less than black cleaver. Also the move speed simply makes you uncatchable. You should never feel panicked when escaping. I get youmoos as my first item. The flat armor pen is strong early game. Atk speed and move speed allows you to farm jungle much faster, and If you really pay attention to the momentum stacks of youmoos to maximize the uptime of the bonus atk speed you will be generating stacks towards his empowered abilities much faster. He needs 5 stacks but with youmoos it’s like he only needs 4 instead. And it gives an amazing amount of AD. I think it’s one of the most cost effective first items for pantheon.

Those boots that push enemies away cancels katarina ult, and other similar ults too

I got pretty good at macro in jungle playing warwick mostly because of his second ability, now I cant wait for kayn, he has such good ganks with his 3rd ability and really good turret dive with his ultimate

Pantheon is my main one trick. I'm getting so good with him that I'm also playing support with him and literally turn our games around when I'm teamed with a lack luster adc.

Pantheon is my secret broken pick vs squishy comp in baron lane. Easily going 15/0 and when u reach the stage of the game u cant 1v9, you will have given a huge advantage to ur team and they'll do the rest
