Running Tails OS on Virtualbox in Windows

I can't connect to internet Virtualbox tails

I may need help, every time I start it up it's always too slow, also, Tor Browser is unable to run, what am I doing wrong, help!!!

tails is debian base
why did you other linux ??

Virtual box show that i have 32bit but i have 64
