Why is so dificult to do a verification of a site in Google Sites?

It is a horrible video just reading from a text file and not showing how to do it.

Where is the head section ?!?!?!

Will we have this COMPLICATED "Website Owenrship Verification" "PROCEDURE for every search engine "registration" in the future or what's the FUTURE PLAN in development ... web developers??? Jeeeeesus Christ!!! A "Google Analytics" PLUS a "Search Console Interface" for EVERY search engine??? Web Tech developers = COMPLICATED!!!

What happens if have already verified my Google Analytics but the tracking code doesn't appear on my head section?
P.D.: I created and verified the GSC before the Google Analytics'.

do we have to add tracking code in head section of every page for google analytics site verification?
