i dont see debugger in setup, there is only default . can any one help me ?

Just delete this key from registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options
(The whole "registry folder").
You can export it as a backup if you aren't sure what are you doing.

I dont have current version in windows nt i have latest version of windows 1909

For those that cannot find SETUP. EXE.. It doesn't matter.. Just go through all the. EXE folder under Image File Executive Options.. You will still find the Debugger Value to delete.. For my case most of the . EXE files were effected by AVG TUNE UP which was installed a day before it crashed.

my problem ms office not open ..bt from your video I fix it. but not setpu.exe option. I delete my debugger value from excel.exe
