ОтветитьOk so I don’t think people show actually how is it to be a BDR. I quit to my job today because it was making me crazy, it’s so exhausting to call more than 200 people a day and have 5 conversations. Worst job that I’ve ever had and yes, it’s basically like being a telemarketer but with some fancy name. Some people is good at selling and stuff but it’s not my case. I have a degree and I’m good at other stuff. This is just to let people know that in tech literally no one is interested in having a meeting, you really have to love selling to do this.

Masters in comp Sci student. Doing d2d solar sales. Number 1 doors hit in the state for our company. But almost got shot doing d2d yesterday so I’m thinking of switching to b2b tech sales.
Does it have high commission? And do b2b sales companies offer sales coaching/training?
Because the sales coaches for our company rn are really good so I have mixed feelings about leaving.

ОтветитьI'm currently working as a business development associate in a tech company. We do prospecting, lead generation, we qualify leads, generate meetings and expand the partnership. It's quite challenging because the tech industry is such a high ticket industry. We use sandler sales method when we qualify our prospects
