guys when do we know we use the U rule? and a question why did we sometimes in the du=dx part took the thing with dx under du and sometimes we didnt ?

For cos raised to some power m multiplied with sin raised to some n, you can also simply use Wallis formula, it will save a lot of time, you will come across this formula in first year maths, or in 11/12th grade if you’re a jee student.

with multiples of eachother in an integral like sin^2 and cos^2. Must be easier to reverse the chain rule to solve integral?

I can pretty much do Integrals and derivatives very well. But I become stupid when the problems are trigonometry, exponential function, or logarithms.

I don't understand why on some examples you do u divided by a trig term as well as u and du. When are u and du not sufficient?

Wait I am a little confused. In the beginning cos^2x and sin^2x has a (1/2) being multiplied to the corresponding (1+/-cos2x) but then the (1/2) is not evident in any of the problem introduced?

omg....few days ago I legit spent almost half an hour solving the advanced type of questions. I HATED solving those equations. Now I enjoy it sm 😀😀😀 surprise surprise, learning from the basic do wonders.
