I want to loose weight and I try to do 30 mins of HIIT cardio 3 times a week and I was wondering if this kind of exercise can be considered as hiit cardio?

ОтветитьNot critic this is Just a note for myself: a bit boring work out, did It Just fine, but it's mainly side slides, squats and high knees (last one is the most fun and endorfin releasing) - overall not my cup of tea

ОтветитьThis was awesome! I had my own music playing and the moves went perfectly along to it. Only thing i couldn't follow was the squat & touch. I ended up doing the Macarena instead 😂

I was a person who couldn't do the exercises regularly and I was constantly bored. I wanted to try it out when it came up as a recommendation in someone's video. I finished my 5th day with this exercise. Due to the fact that it is only 5 days, there is no change physically, it has allowed me to maintain my weight. However, I realized that the exercise was not enough for me. That's why I've included the exercises in the video with water bottles. My walking is improved ( I mean my posture), I started to climb the stairs more easily. I am eating healthy. I take 20,000 steps a day. If there is any development, I will write.

Day 1: I finished it, but almost passed out.
Day 2: I finished it again, but it is a lot easier than the first day.
Day 3: I am so tireeeed. I don't know, maybe because I ate a lot yesterday and I am stressed these past few days but I still finished it and am still up for 2 more workout routine hihi.
Day 4: I finished it and add more two workout rountine.
Day 5: I did it again but I am sooo tired!!!
Day 6:Unable to W/O because I have hectic schedule :(((
Day 7: I finished it but I didn't do other routine
Day 8: I wasn't about to because I have whole day class
Day 9:same as yesterday
Day 10:I did it plus one more workout
Day 11: I don't know if it induce my period but I have my period this day during doing this dance exercise, I still finish it tho and add one more workout rountine.
Day 12: I finished it even I'm in my painful day 2 haha. I also finished an intense ab workout.
Weight: 53 kg
Day 13: Finished it and planning to do one more routine.

Day 2: 8 mins without pause, 20 seconds pause but finished. This is going to be my routine. Will do it 3x from day 3 in morning, evening and night.

ОтветитьI recently found your videos and I am already a big fan. I don't have a very good feeling for rhythm and I am kind of a nerd and a perfectionist as well so it is really hard for me to follow dance moves because I just can't seem to get them right. But I found that by following the exact same video every day I am getting kinda good at the movements. Also I love your written help and the accustical hints. I am trying some of your other videos from time to time, but I love coming back to this one because it already feels so familiar after just a few weeks.
