Ivern 2:57 blue clear (1 smite)

There is an alternative path where you go wolf blue gromp raptor red blue gromp wolf raptor red krug (smite). It is 2-3 seconds faster but you waste some cd on smite with cosmic insight.

Hmm, gotta try that one. I pretty much always invade with him though XD And try Ultimate Spellbook sometimes, I find it way more versatile for him as a support jungler than other rune setups. :D

Edit: Goddammit that map changed and I forgot, idk how viable this route is but I will still try it.

I'm an Ivern main, I start opposite jungle first, smite their buff, start raptors or grump depending on which side you're on, go to your side and start your timers there, then go back to their jung get the timer you left then smite scuddles on the way back. If the enemy jungle was smart he should've gone for the side you didn't do. which means he lost time on his clear and possibly doesn't have smite for his scuddles. Either way you got waaay more gold than enemy jung and both buffs, which lets you invade them while they clear the other side's scuddles. It's very likely that the enemy jung has only one buff and if they do have both then you should have a 3rd level advantage. Either my top or supp comes and helps and we usually get the kill. it works 7 out of 10 times. YOU NEED a coordinated team for this tho. This technique sacrifices one of my jungle sides but ensures me or one of my teammates gets an early kill.

what i do depending on side, i smite red instantly, proc krugs raptors wolves blue gromp recall, buy boots with futures market, go top side to absorb camps and im at top scuttle in time lvl 3 with smite up

I just did Red ->Q Raptors ->Q Blue -> Gromp ->Q Wolves ->Q Raptors -> (Q Krugs) Red -> Krugs (smite) -> Wolves ->Q Blue -> Gromp in the same time I did the blue clear. Just for anyone looking to reverse their clear depending on which lane you want to path to. Note that for both clears you really have to have your position and Q direction down for the Red->Raptors and Wolves->Blue jumps.

I think smiting the first Blue is just so damn important.
Not only are you safe from not getting it stolen it also Reduces the Spawn Time till the next Blue
