Wow really worked
ОтветитьIt was hard for me to hold the 30 sec as it felt like a pressure on my eyes, not pleasant :/ any idea why? No change in stiffness after the exercise
ОтветитьYes, I feel more even on both sides after doing this excercise.
ОтветитьAfter this, I had to exclaim aloud "Oh My God!" That made a HUGE difference. My neck on the right side has been regularly tight ever since I was rear-ended while stopped in traffic with my head and body turned to talk to a friend who was driving. It's taken a lot to get the pain to stop. Only if I knew before what a difference eye movements could make! Thank you so so so. very much for sharing this!
ОтветитьHow would this exercise correlate with eye yoga for example?
ОтветитьWow, I couldn't get my right shoulder to touch the floor. It was painful to try and push it or even relax it. I know most of my physical trauma is to the right side of my body, but I wasn't aware that I couldn't even get my shoulder to touch the floor. I have a lot of work to do on this! The eye exercise did seem to help though so I am grateful for that 🙏
ОтветитьOMG wow
ОтветитьI feel much calmer and Thank You.❤
ОтветитьI’ve used this video before to reset. I just did this and it released my right rotator cuff. It’s been very tense for numerous weeks. I’ve been going to the chiropractor for help with that and severe shoulder pain. This stems from my retail job. Yesterday, I had to resign my position.
ОтветитьThe pain I had on the left side of my neck was noticeably different. Unfortunately 3 minutes later I got a stabbing pain in my right temple. Any explanation?
ОтветитьWow, not much happened when I looked to the right. The turn to the left was tighter and after it was almost equal
ОтветитьI don't think I finished the exercise. I remember looking to the right and was unable to fight sleep. I vaguely remember hearing the rest of the video then waking up almost two hours later with my teapot still whistling. 😳 Wow! I have been working through trauma and dealing with dorsal vagal shutdown.
ОтветитьFirst time and I had some unexpected reactions and could not keep my gaze to either side for 30 seconds but it will come with practice. Thank you.
ОтветитьWow. That relieved a lot of tension in my neck. I was able to lay down but I got the deep breath. Left tension side. I saw the lil white swimmers and got warm. Now I can feel the tension relaxing all over. Thank you!!!
Ответитьcomplete nonsense.. LOOK TO THE RIGHT... hahahah what a bunch of hoo haaa.. hahahaha
ОтветитьMy left side, when I started, was tight. I did the exercise in the sitting position and now after doing the exercise once, bother sides are balanced with the left side much more flexible. Thanks for this !!
ОтветитьWHOA!!! It was completely different when I turned my head the second time - mind blown!
ОтветитьThat was amazing, EASE felt AWESOME ❤
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьWTF??? Turning to right was a bit stiff compared to left, did the quick 30 seconds each side, and could turn both directions equally. Why don't they teach this in school??!
ОтветитьWauw! Was sceptical but this really worked for me! 😀my stiffness is gone for 99%. Thank you very much for this video.
Ответить@sukiebaxter how many times a day should I do this?
ОтветитьI yawn when I do this
Ответитьmade up story to sell books
Ответитьdid nothing for me. Seems more like a vertigo exercise.
ОтветитьMy eye muscles hurt 😂
ОтветитьI have suffered from lightheadedness, several episodes of collapses and my blood pressure has dropped to very low readings. We finally attributed these problems to my Vegas nerve . Your exercise is first time in three years I have a hint of finally getting help, Thank You so much!
ОтветитьDoes anyone know how often you can/should do this exercise?
ОтветитьNothing for me 😢
ОтветитьWhen I started, the left side of my neck was tight. After doing this exercise, the pain was gone.
ОтветитьWhen I was on my back I laughed. A genuine laugh. And my breathing changed. Afterwards, the tension in my neck was noticeably less. Thank you!
ОтветитьVery very nice
ОтветитьMy vagus nerve is a piece of shit.
ОтветитьMy head had a harder time turning to the left. When my eyes were looking right, my reaction was to swallow near the 30s mark, and when looking to the left I had to yawn. And when I sat back up, I was able to move my head to the left without the tension... that was amazing!
ОтветитьYou are amazing 💚 !
What a shift ! And side to side head turning became so very surprisingly freer, eaasier and farther.
Thanx for this.
My breathing got easier. But nothing mentally came up.
ОтветитьNothing at all happened to me but I’ll keep it up and see if there’s a change
ОтветитьI have a horse which came to me traumatized. I realise now that many exercises I get her to do like bending her head and neck one way and then the other until I get a physical response is resetting the poly vagal nerve. Sometimes it's as little as the blink of an eye moving to a lick and chew and sometimes a great big yawn.
Ответитьawesome
ОтветитьI'm in a research study for a Vegas Nerve Stimulator for bipolar depression. Before it is implanted, I will be doing these exercises. I did not know you could stimulate the nerve on your own. Very interesting.
ОтветитьWow instant relief!!!! I felt like a weight came off my shoulders, thankyou!!!!
ОтветитьNothing happened when I was looking right, but when I looked left, my body felt heavier and I literally said "whoaaa"
ОтветитьI got dizzy..
ОтветитьThank you ❤
ОтветитьThis didnt work for me. Even after i held for a few minutes. Is there something im doing wrong?
ОтветитьWhat does it mean when you don’t feel any difference?
ОтветитьI didn't have an emotional reaction, but my neck muscles loosened up! From just looking left and right?! Wild lol
