I just feel like all of these actions say more about your mental health than your personality. When you're in peace with your financial, social and physical parts of your life, you tend to do this, because you enjoy being alive and you have more space to welcome others and the world and that positive energy just floats around you all the time. If not it tends to get really hard to put yourself into a place of happiness and being able to share. You need to take care of yourself first so that you can be able to care about anything else.

I constantly do a lot of these but I feel like my kindness is abused and overlooked by others. Despite doing all these, no one ever appreciates me or acknowledges my kindness, in fact, they often make fun of me and call me 'rude' when I voice my opinion.

That someone which you mention is me , i mean when she is saying someone smiles at you and generous to you and in my mind many scenarios came from past and that someone is always me and then everyone around me just behave strangely and says you should change, you are different ,I mean i think being generous and kind is good but everytime everyone says to me that you should change because if I always behave like that then people make fool of me and okay they really make me fool but i m okay i mean if they are unkind and selfish so this is their personality and it is completely okay to be selfish but dont you think it is also completely okay to be kind i mean i dont want to change myself because i think being kind and generous or being a child is okay ❤

you look like my aunt i miss her she has mental illness now she doesn't talk to anybody she has some problems with my mother so i didn't talk to her very much just the last one was 5 years ago ,you remind me of her 😞you both are beautiful and kind hearted people she also were taking care of me when i was child I couldn' t saw her for 9 years cause we moved to another country
