Went to far and went into the dead zone and ended up in the dead zone got seamoth destroyed by ghost leviathan

Brilliant tutorial, I actually needed this for the Sunbeam but figured I should look it up before going. I never went past the Grassy Plateau so far, and thought that the location was in the Dunes, which I had heard of. Needless to say, I'm spooked as I have thirty-three minutes to get there and I need to find everything for the Seamoth still and my main transport is a seaglide and I'm sat here procrastinating because I don't like the thought of accidentally dropping into the Dead Zone, but this video helped me realise it isn't too bad, so long as I don't mess up.

just to let anyone know, you'll only be traveling for around a minute before you come to the island - if you haven't reached it within somewhere around a minute, you might want to turn around and go another way so you don't end up in the dead zone. the seamoth sonar upgrade also helps you find the island

For me I use the repulsion cannon and fly across the map using an air bladder

Idk why but every time I go there my anxiety fucking has a seizure while I get scared shitless by leviathans

tip: if you open your PDA above water the still fog will glow confirming its the right cloud

I found this by accident, my seamoth glitched into the island and I can’t get it out, I died and realized I always know where the island is now lol

I traveled so far and found absolutely nothing.
