Great tutorial! How do you edit closed captions when the auto caption has errors?

Every time I try to caption a reel or a story it says "Transcribing Audio" and then goes to either "No captions found" or "Check your internet connection and try again." I cannot find any solutions as to why it won't auto caption my videos, do you know?

Just an FYI: a lot of people prefer cc placement to be at the bottom of your screen. Culturally we've been trained to use it there, but it also is because the action is almost always found middle and top of the screen.
