Pedal Assist Electric Bike: What is it NOT GOOD for?

Pedal assist electric bikes are awesome, the pedal assist on an ebike can help you climb hills you would have never been able to climb. Pedal assist electric bikes will also help you reach top speeds on a bicycle you would have never reached before. With that said, there are things pedal assist is not good for. It's important to learn how to use the pedal assist in the situations where it is best utilized. Pedal assist if not used at the correct times could actually be dangerous. When pedal assist kicks in it will give a sudden surge of power and it's important riders grasp the best time to use it.
