should I shoot a video in 4K and then export it in 1080p or directly from the mobile phone shoot the video in 1080p for tik tok best quality ?

Hi Charles I recommend setting max bitrate to 40, otherwise it will reduce quality in very "busy" scenes of your video

Quick Question; In your premiere pro reel video you modified the footage to match the 29.97 FR. do we do the same here in the TikTok to match the 23.976 FR or it’s fine as 29.97 FR

Hey Charles, I just wanted to say that as a consistent uploader to Tiktok for 2 years now I have never seen a better video that answered so many of my questions. I've always edited my videos in Premiere and I've had SO much frustration when I upload a video from an android and then the file looking like garbo when it's actually published on the app. Personally I thought I was going crazy, because I would see posts that had even more editing than mine and the quality was better. You answered that concern by relaying that the there is a restriction to the size of the file that you can upload to tiktok from an android as opposed to an iPhone and then you gave us a preset to give us the best bang for our buck. Thank you so much for this video. You got straight to the point without all the fluff. Your editing was tight. your structure of the video was great and I'm definitely subscribing. You're the man.
