The skids should be cross braced to prevent racking if you try and pull it, to move the shed

Are you not supposed to mash down the gravel base to deal with the settling aspect? I've seen builders use what is essentially a giant hammer connected to a backhoe. This process is supposed to ensure the ground is true, smashed in and flat.

I stopped watching when I saw you put the skids down wrong. 4x6 should have been with the 6” dimension vertical with the ends beveled. Classic amateur mistake.

Word to the wise - don't buy big box lumber. :) No way that'd be NOT bowed on a normal summer day within 12-24 hours. You'd have a group of bananas.

Love the size of the shed. This pretty much what I want to build but on a concrete slab or something similar.
Here in Oz, you'd have something burrow/get under the floor and potentially nest under there or live on top of the skids. I learnt that lesson recently just battening a deck off an undercover concrete patio. I had to snake wire all the gaps underneath.

You have already made a mistake with the plywood floor. Your first row is right however you should have started your second row with a half sheet. You did the same mistake with final row of plywood!! Staggering the rows makes for a stronger floor!! How do I know that, I spent over 25 years on the building trade!!

Everybody wants to be so technical this is a video showing homeowners how to build their own shed of course code enforcement for each area is different and different situations do apply thank you trying to ruin a nice educational video that a family puts together to try to help other people it's truly despicable at best that you try to ruin this video
