Beautiful Doberman
ОтветитьHere's my take on this story. When Angie Dickinson's husband was alive he bought the doberman and loved that dog. But his dog scared Angie Dickenson and her little dog Charlie and she forced her husband to get rid of it and threatened to leave him if he didn't. So her husband gave the dog to their neighbors. Angie Dickenson's sister hated the doberman too and did not like Angie Dickenson's husband either. I think her sister and Angie plotted to poison Angie Dickenson's husband and killed him. So the spirit of her husband came back for retribution into the body of that doberman and took revenge on Angie's sister for poisoning him and then came after Angie herself for her part in his death and making him get rid of his beloved dog. The moral of the story: Being selfish can ruin a relationship and may cost you your life.
Ответитьsuch a golden era of horror content...impressive background score and choice of locations...
Ответитьsuch variety in the Background score ...
ОтветитьNow I Kno that a dog has nine lives too!
ОтветитьMy favorite episode with the sexy angie Dickinson...really good writers in the 70's
ОтветитьI dont understand what happened. Did she kill her husband? Did the sister? If the wife didn't kill the husband why was the dog after her?
I admit I watch these videos for the nostalgia of the 70s. I was 8 almost 9 years old when this episode aired. I thought it was scary, but not too scary.
Keep reading lol more like it every day
ОтветитьTheme kinda reminds me of Dark Shadows 😲😲
ОтветитьI love this show Screen Gems had some of the best writers and actors on there staff.
ОтветитьI so enjoyed John Ireland in a little known psychological thriller from 1951 called The Scarf. So many memorable roles before and after. Angie was great in every genre in which she played.
ОтветитьI loved Charlie. He was so cute. But I did find it funny at the end because when he jumped at Angie Dickinson, he looked like a bichon frise from the back - completely white with curly fur. I like the idea of a stunt bichon. Those curly haired lap dogs can act tough, but they're little darlings really. And of course, Adam was just a very good actor. I bet he was perfectly charming in real life.
ОтветитьGood channels have at least a two line plot summary and a cast list.
ОтветитьAhhh, back when scary stories were not all about "paranormal investigators", "demons", "cryptids", gore, phony "found footage" and ridiculous jump scares. So refreshing.
ОтветитьThanks much
ОтветитьGreat to see another s ]how with Angie Dickinson in it. "Police Woman vs Ghost Cujo."
ОтветитьST⭐R of the show was Charlee❤️
ОтветитьI laughed when I saw Charlie. He is a wire haired fox terrier. I had one and they are hell on four legs. They would willingly take on a doberman.
ОтветитьBack when Doberman Pinschers were considered scary. Now days it would have been a Rottweiler , or American Pit Bull. The advanced intelligence level of Dobermans has become common knowledge these days, making them appear less threatening
ОтветитьBoy, that guy and his ugly dog, is an asshole. Like I always said, 'ugly' dogs (like MOST, German breed's), for 'ugly' people!! I'm assuming he knows (like people, who actually possess those), the Nazi's used, these horrible animals, to hunt down and kill, innocent Jewish people!! Yeah, that's how 'cute', they are. Angie Dickinson, is very patient here, as I would of called up, animal control, by now. Animal intimidation (like humans), is against the law, too. This is why there's leash law's, in every 'normal' state (excluding, the south). At least, Charlie's cute😉!! Before any of you misjudge me, yes, I KNOW it's just a movie. But, ain't movie's SUPPOSED, to get their watcher's, into it🤔???
ОтветитьThis one was just ok.
ОтветитьThese are really creepy ghost story s to Watch really fan😮
ОтветитьThose old station wagons were two miles long.
ОтветитьOy, when they don't say what just happened, that spooked them 🙄 😒 🤦🏾♀️. These old shows are great though, thanks for uploading ✌🏾
ОтветитьAngie Dickinson, one of most iconic and beautiful actresses of 70s ❤ sad she is no longer alive. 😢
ОтветитьCHARLIE..😢
ОтветитьBeautiful dog!! ❤️❤️❤️
ОтветитьOriginally telecast on December 15, 1972.
ОтветитьGreat episode. I watched this series as a 10 year old when it was new.
ОтветитьNONE THESE DAYS CAN COMPARE TO the beauties of yesteryear in these shows -even the most dressed down actresses look stunning -ill take ladies with no tattoos !!! could you imagine youre hitch-hiking across the country and its 1975 a car slows down to pick you up and its Angie ..
ОтветитьWhat drew and propelled me to see this episode from Ghost Story: Creatures of the canyon was the presence of the very lovely Angie Dickinson. On screen since the mid-50's, even in the early 70's she still looked lovely with her ash-blonde shoulder length hair that framed her very honest face. Angie too had that sense of immediacy that drew movie goers to her, like bees to honey. Sadly, this episode was incommensurate with her body of work and experience as an actress. The New Castle After Dark episode "The Norliss Tapes' with the wonderful, Roy Thinnes, was right up her alley. This episode was a bizarre encounter with dogs after revenge; even the pets at home can't be trusted and will sprout fangs as deadly as the night. In this hard-to-believe episode, John Ireland and his crippled wife Mary Murphy play sinister characters, who train dogs to become vicious creatures. If you ask me, I do believe that Ireland and Murphy looked even more sinister than the dogs!!!
ОтветитьMr. French. I saw a lot of Family Affair, but I don't recall seeing this shoe. Born in 64.
ОтветитьGreat episode. Love Angie and her FANTISTIC wardrobe. Simple, but such great style. Very inspiring. Poisoning the dog was CRAZY though, could have done with out that.
Ответить"GHOST STORY" (before being rebranded as "CIRCLE OF FEAR" in early 1973) was a strange concept, especially with "NIGHT GALLERY" already near the end of its NBC run, was still the leading supernatural dominator on Primetime, and "GHOST STORY" really tried to cash in on this anthology format, but the show, and its rebranded title only stayed on the air for 23 episodes before being canceled after one season. Sabastian Cabot remained on "GHOST STORY" for only 14 episodes, while his former "FAMILY AFFAIR" co-star, Brian Kieth found Aloha Sunshine on NBC and Warner Bros.Television's "THE LITTLE PEOPLE" (later rebranded as "THE BRIAN KEITH SHOW" in Fall 1973), which ran for only two seasons until 1974.
ОтветитьMy question who killed the guy and you have two dogs and the small one killed both women which makes no sense that was confusing I remember this episode I liked the show.🌍👍🌍💯🌍🍀🌍😘🌍🙏🌍
ОтветитьGreat movie! Moral of story, be kind to animals, they too get justice!😮
ОтветитьI can't make it more than halfway. That constant dog barking is as annoying as having one living next door.
ОтветитьArtsy and minimal episode
ОтветитьAlternative title: Milf City
ОтветитьWasn't that Angie Dickinson?
ОтветитьI don't remember This show,QM's Tales of the unexpected and so many other series I'm seeing on here.I'm 61 so was around when they were out and there were only 3 channels with nothing else to do But watch TV( And I've always Loved TV) I don't know how I missed them...I was 9 when this was out and Would have been a show I loved but don't remember it ....Maybe it came on After I had to go to bed is the only thing I can think of?
ОтветитьMy Daddy had such a huge crush on Angie Dickinson. Whenever she was on television, he'd make everyone be quiet so he could watch her and listen to her. 😂
ОтветитьYawn
ОтветитьI remember when this first aired I would sneak out of my bed at night and hide behind either the French doors or the recliner in the corner of the living room so I could watch Ghost Story!!! Loved Angie Dickinson especially in Police Woman and the Norliss Tapes!!! GaryBailey KingofDarkness
Did the same with Night Gallery and reruns of sixties t.v. sci-fi shows!!! Gary Bailey KingofDarkness
Yancy Tucker?
ОтветитьShe got hotter as she got older
ОтветитьMr French and Uncle Bill hated Sissy but tolerated her for Buffy and Jodi.
ОтветитьIn reality , Dobermans are about as vicious as kittens.
