ОтветитьIk I’m a little late but I’m 13 and I eat an insanely little amount of food I’m 5’4
(Ik I’m short) and I weight 100 pounds, I get extremely disgusted when I eat more than maybe half a portion of a plate of food. I also do not eat breakfast, I eat very little lunch and dinner is where I usually eat the most. I forgot to mention I also have fast metabolism, not a good combo. Any ideas why, or ideas on how to get more calories in my body without my body noticing?
