ОтветитьYeh awesome I recommend using warm water (half boiled) to further relax your diaphram and you really need to put force (shock) when you step down when I tried before I wasn't trying hard enough.

Be gentle on your knees , you don't want to end up with knee replacement , that's one of the worse surgery and it takes up to one year or more .
Everyone situation differs.
I have to have knee replacement and I really need to do this exercise in the video , I'm scared I'll mess up my knees .
I'm only giving you ADVICE here, Diet and Exercises daily , to help those who has GERD , esophagus health issues and anything else you have.
Since 2012 , I STOPPED eating dairy , grains , gluten , gmo, nightshades , red meat , Sugar , Sugar Addictive's and Sugar Alcohols , No Junk Foods,
and 100% NO SODA , or nothing that has acid in it ( ORANGE JUICE, ACV , etccccc ) . Everybody health situation differs
It was the best thing I could of done for my health situation. As you become older the health situation changes alot . Write down any health information .

breath out through your mouth with your teeth closed , so breathing out through your teeth
once youve fully outhaled hold it . suck your ribs in hard . hold it . then do heel drops :)
do 3 4 or 5 then release the rib suck hold and breath in through your nose
repeat this a few times . try to eat smaller meals and your likely to be backed up in your colon so your congested and that makes the stomuch sit higher up so try to lay of the food alittle until youve got more out than inn
salted water before meals and add acv to your meals
Ive had this hernia for 12 yrs now. Recently twinged it during exercise and have been really unwell for 6 weeks including upset belly all the time. Drs not really that helpful. Has anyone had belly issues from having a hiatal hernia? Belly keeps grumbling alot too. I get all the usual chest burning pain and chest weakness too that you nornally get from it.

Note Says on report, esophagus reveal a small hiatal hernia I am not sure what to do. :( .

ОтветитьI have been suffering for a few months with some slight discomfort and the past couple weeks I've been in severe pain, reflux and occasionally vomiting. After a bad night I found your video!! I did that this morning and I can't even tell you how much better I feel!!! This is going to be my morning routine! I'm going to be drinking my water and heal slamming!!! Today is the best I have felt two weeks and I actually look forward to eating today instead of dreading it. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

ОтветитьI am not finding any answers from doctors or the internet about flying with a hiatal hernia. One article that gets copied and pasted just says flying depends on size and location of hernia. I am not even comfortable with the idea of getting that test to see where it is at. Sticking a tube in my nose & gut for a day sounds like it could go really bad. Can I find out how big it is and location without that evasive procedure? And have you heard of any serious incidents with flying? Exercises and gas pills help but crushing pains do return. I am avoiding new foods all the time, so it may even get better. Bouts are rare but it is serious and feels like a heart attack. Does that sound like I should not fly with this >? Not even the idea of being stuck in air flight with pain, but what if it ruptures, or something bad?

ОтветитьRoot cause is usually your back (poor posture has a big role in Hiatal hernia) if you notice daily that your sleeping position as well sitting position isn't right = you have a first answer + Pretty weak diaphragm can cause that. Usually these are the main two reasons. Personally for me it's my back = working with chiropractor helps a lot.
You need to train your back and diaphragm. and do daily 2x times these whole diaphragm exercises + back exercises + let chiropractor do manipulations (it's slow process because "muscles" "tissues") and try to understand when Your hiatal hernia poops double up... And avoid that.
Stress, Siting position, sleeping position etc.
I must be the only one that it did not work on lol just my luck
