I'm someone who changes my eating patterns based on how I feel and how much I move, I do intermittent fasting, but also listen to my system. I can be as disciplined as I need to be to reach the goals I have for health and body goals.

ОтветитьThat's funny- I'm a manifestor with the top left arrow pointing to the left. In your video you mention that I am 'supposed to' love prepping my food and going to the supermarket--- I actually reaaaallly dislike doing that haha, Like really... I looooveeee being spontaneous and checking in with myself to see what kind of food I want to eat when I feel the need to eat. However, I have had a lot of digestive problems the past 11 or so years so I have been trying to find a way to help myself in that department. The funny thing is that I actually recently discussed with my boyfriend that I will try to find a way so that I do actually prep my food and think out what I will eat during the week even though I really dislike that, I feel as though it might give me a lot more peace which is what I want overall. So it's interesting to hear you say these things <3 I'm excited to learn more about my specific digestion type from an HD perspective (or any perspective for that matter) Thank you for your video and I will check out more of your work! ОтветитьIm projector with a left pointing arrow - but i HATE leftovers and i hate meal prepping. Right facing arrow is the way I like to eat, what feels good in the moment and variable in amounts and time of day.
I do get told all the time that I eat like a bird though! Lol
MG right arrow. Unstructured eating. What I am in the mood to eat. And I follow what my body wants. I do forget to eat though lol and I prefer quick healthy snacks but do love to cook if there are other people to eat with.

ОтветитьI'm an MG and definitely notice both consistency & ebb and flow. Sometimes I just don't need as much and then sometimes I need more. Usually I need about the same. It's very easy for me to lose and gain weight. I definitely can forget to eat when I'm in the flow, energized by creativity rather than food. I'll be ravenous after I break the flow however lol.
Top left arrow is left. I eat at really precise times and consistency. I do love meal prep, tracking meals, planning food for my cycle.
Am a pure MG and yes it's completely ebb and flow. Totally different how much i eat at different times

You’d have more followers if you actually began directly with solid content, shortened the videos to the essential instead all these repetitions, and didn’t speak at the speed one uses for non English speaking children. ОтветитьAs a reflector with top left arrow pointing to the right, I love skipping meals, it makes me happy and more space for spontaneity in my daily life. basically, I eat when I feel like and do whatever when I feel like. I'm in the midst of exam period rn and have been eating one meal a day at 3am each and every day haha. or maybe some days I skip eating HAHAHAHAHAH my grandma and mom nag at me for it that it is not good for my intestine but I am very okay with my eating pattern rn hahahaha but I try to have small bites of muffins and biscuits in the middle of the day ◡̈ ◡̈ your video reasonated with me, it is very helpful and fun! thank you for this <3

Thanks for the very helpful content. Now i understand why i loved having a service like Hellofresh sending me boxes every week with meal prep already done. And also why IF worked for me as it created structure even if it did not give me enough energy in the morning and to workout.

Hi, I am an a Generator with Alternating Digestion with a Right Arrow. I find in Autumn and Winter I have to eat warm foods or I am miserable. In summer ,the colder the better.

ОтветитьSuper informative video, thank you! I'm a Generator with the top left arrow pointing to the left, but I've lived most my life following the things you suggest for the right arrow. But now that I reflect on it - those few times in my life, where I've followed a more strict diet and have been scheduling it and so on, has been the times where I've had it the easiest when it comes to food. I'm currently reassessing my food so now I know I also have to give planning yet another try.

ОтветитьI am absolutely floored at this information! I've been fighting my eating for years - I have been eating large amounts of heavy comfort food over many years, and am now paying the price. But as I've been deconditioning as a Mental Projector, I can see where my appetite has been changing to smaller meals and less heavy food. Also, I was thinking that even though my arrow points left, I LOATHE meal prep and planning - but I tend to eat at the same restaurants and choose the same items over and over. This has been hugely educational - THANK YOU.
