How To Install LSPDFR Plugins / Callouts and More For GTA 5!!!

I install like you said but I can't use it. Rage don't recognize it.
What do I do?

When i go to Plugins theres no LSPDFR folder, mind if i get help?

I launch the game and I press B and the old menu pops up under it which makes it hard to see do you know how I can fix this?

I did it. But none of my plugins will even start
