Instructions not clear. Computer saying "My anaconda don't want none unless you got bun hun". Please halp!

i got this errro sir. ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found.

I've various commands from various websites like pip install keras, conda install -c anaconda keras etc. Still the errors No module named Keras and No module named tensorflow occur. Is there a problem with the path specified in the directory or is there a problem with the command
