Day 1: lower and upper abdominal pain but went through workout pretty easily

Day 1: It was hard but I kept on pushing my self

ive been doing another work out for 11 days and i didn't see any results so im moving on to this one
day 1: so tough like im sweating but i felt like it was doing what it needed to do
day 2: just did it, that burn was really there
i skipped actually day 3
day3: just did itt, hurts soo bad but i think it might be working

Day1: Couldnt do the workout with perfect form was struggling by the end had a few second breaks but got through it quite well

day 1- i did it 3 times and it did burn a bit but i’m very active so i’m used to it
day 2- couldn’t do it i was very busy
day 3- i did it but only 2 times bc i was rlly tired that day, but i’ll make it up and on day 4 i’ll do it like 5-7 times
day 4- i did it 6 times and it did burn, but not as much as before. i also noticed some changes like my waist was smaller so it did work but i did do it quite a lot of times a day
day 5- the results r so good i can already see results from my before and after pictures even tho it’s only been a few days! i also did the workout today 3 times
i've been doing this for abt a week and i looked in the mirror and my waist was looking so snatcheddd😍 idk how bc its a 5 minute workout but it looks a lot better and i rlly recommend this

Sep 5 did her flat tummy exercise before this so was literally so tired
hii , so ive been doing this and abt 2 other workouts for 1-2 months and the results ive seen are insane!! ive felt and seen that i lost belly fat and i rlly recommend this cs i literally saw couple results on the 1st week, and with NO diet. will fs continue doing this!! 💞💞

Day 1: Was exhausting af, especially the 9th excersise and I got through it surprisingly 😅
Day 2: Wasn't as hard as last time but i see some tiny little results so far because its juet Day 2 obviously 😄

I keep y'all updated how this works for me (I will do it once every day)
Day 1: It was a bit exhausting and of course there is no difference yet
Day 2: Not as exhausting as yesterday but of course still not much progress :)
Day 3: The exercises aren't that difficult anymore! My body hasn't really changed (well its only day 3), but I notice that it seems fitter ^^
Day 4: When I press against my stomach, I can already feel the built up muscles and my stomach has definitely become a bit flatter :)
Day 5: Couldn't do it because I wasn't home the whole day
(I skipped like a week whoop-)
Day 6: I finally see progress and the work out is really easy now as well :)!
Day 7: I now feel so fit with the exercises that I do them for more than 20 seconds ><. Otherwise nothing has changed since yesterday (which also makes sense, it doesn't happen from one day to the next!)
Day 8: So far nothing new
Day 9: I can slowly see THAT WAIST Y'ALL
Doing this for day and night for 3.5 days bc im kind of busy the other days, before: I have a inverted triangle body shape, and weight 42kg. :

day 1: that burned some were so hard and i tried to keep my legs straight on the second to last but i ended up bending a little
-ok i forgot about this one for 3 days but i’m doing it again
day 2: burnett and had my legs bent but i can feeeel it in my stomach i love it
Doing this for a week sand starting tomorrow I will try to do it in the morning and at night.
Day 1 - I definitely felt like i was challenged and the 2nd to last workout really got me. haven’t seen progress as it has only been a day
Day 2 - i was sore and it burned a little more I can feel that my stomach is getting more “muscle”
