Introducing the Sony a6700

Hello, I want to use focus stacking in studio photography. However, I will need 1.5 seconds for the flashes to charge. Is there a setting to extend the time between photo shoots? Thank you

Hi everyone, im a new sony user from canon, Got my 6700. Ques; anybody knows why sony doesnt have the continuous auto focus when the photo timer is on? the AF-C wont work which i rely on 90% of the time as a solo content creator taking my own moving street photos using my tripod. Its only set on AF-A & results to me being blurred as the subject and the background is sharp when i do walking shots. Is this really sony's feature? How to fix this? Thanks a lot

For everyday photography and full person subject with blur background street photography and rare occasionally shoot video on it plus slow motion?

I like the Sony 4 ways screen, I think it will be nice experience to have the dedicated tactile photography dials on the Fuji and Panasonic setups will be the lightest and 300 fps plus my favorite color is yellow hence I like the Panasonic menu aesthetic! I want my picture to looks realistic and want to shoot JPG/HEIF mostly hence I no longer really into the Fuji film simulation.

I into ultramacro but I not sure should I take it into consideration because you can just google them as they mostly looks the same. I consider full size body or actual pocketable camera because camera in between don't provide good handling yet still need a bag to carry anyway, since RX100 can't provide all what I need, I will just use iPhone 15 for pocket camera. I'm not a bokeh person but want everything in focus with story and creativity and just has few projects need blur background.

Is it now finally possible to use an external monitor and Touch-Tracking at the same time? Because this really sucks with the A6600

The new viewfinder eyecup design and locking mechanism (or lackthereof) is not secure! Easily gets dislodged from camera straps. Please release an upated design that is stronger. Should not have changed it from the previous A6000 series

The biggest improvement I want to see and a disappointment with the a6700 are the loud strap triangles. Please never have those on a single camera again.
Have those integrated square eyelets like on your other bodies or make external square eyelets like Panasonic does on their S5II if you can't fit in the internal design

Hey, I probably going to buy this camera in 2024 also with Sigma Trio lens, 16mm, 30mm and 56mm F1.4 I wish i can shoot beautiful photos and videos with them.

Dear Sony, why you still keep me for spending money on your cameras? It could be so good if you make a proper 3D backscreen instead of this vlogger solution. It could be so good if you make a proper EVF in the middle of the camera. It could be so fantastic if you didn't make this stupid function button on the right side and just placed it on the back. I really want to buy your stuff, as what is inside is already good and doesn't need more improvements. Just finally give me aps-c with a proper body. Aren't you aware how many people wait for this? I will wait couple of months more as I already have some lenses. Really like your stuff but you are starting to be as stubborn as Nikon or you just want to milk your customers out of money by leaving the most desired premieres for later. Just shamefull.

I don't care what the critics are saying, this camera is going to upset the photography world. It's already a best seller B&H photo video. Reason is you are getting functions of an A7R5, ZV-E1 and FX-30 wrapped in a souped up a6600 body. And the price is the same as the a6600. That's mind-blowing. Also the cost of lenses is much less and the a6000 series can use every E-mount lens made.

Everything looks great, perfect in all ways expect one, why again range finder style EVF. It's sometimes really difficult to handle and find the subject when you use Super Telephoto Lens since our eye direction and the lens direction is slightly off to each other. Something to think about.

Why no continuous shooting on FX30? It’s more expensive than a6700, I shouldn’t have to buy a separate camera just to have this basic feature.

What maximum SD memory card can be inserted in this camera please.

Please have a full sized HDMI in new cameras, and keep the cameras as small as possible with the HDMI port

we (me and so many other user) were expecting more after 4 years about the stills capability at this price, i hope to hear about the entry and middle level very soon, while Canon for exemple has already relesed R100, R50, R10, R7...

This should have been the body of the zv-e1. And also the price point of the zv e1 should have been below 2000$.

Great camera but lacks the quality prime lenses that Fujifilm for example have for their apsc system.

The best APS-C ! IF you have a Sony f2.8/16-55 glass it's perfection
