Have a unique "word"
Ответитьthanks
ОтветитьI don't understand what is the drama with "very". It is a universal amplifier of adjectives. It is very wonderful and useful word actually.
ОтветитьThis video is useful for me 😊 thanks
Ответить❤
Ответить"your dog is an admirable pooch"
"Uhh... thanks man"
You can so all that if you want to be pretentious lol 😅
ОтветитьSomeone - ur dog is admirable
Me - ok 😶
Me inside - are you a physcopath?
May i know the background music 🎶
ОтветитьIn my language portuguese we don't usually use synonyms for very. It sounds not informal and it's kinda uncommon; until desnecessary. We use very to until everything haha.
ОтветитьWhile you Can use all those words to replace good, you sound kinda uptight. I’m from the US and ngl if I heard someone say “Ah yes, this is a terrific dress!” I’d think they were a little strange. Again I’m from the US so this may be normal for other English speaking countries.
ОтветитьSpendid👏
Ответить“Very cute”
My brain automatically translated it as kawaii 💀💀
이 선생님은 영어 원어민으로 보이는데 어째서 "admirable"을 "cute"의 동의어로 소개한 걸까? 나는 이것이 틀렸다는 것을 다른 코멘트를 보고 알게되었다.
ОтветитьChange "very" with "fcking". This food is fcking good, your dog is fcking cute
Ответитьyou are just giving synonyms :/
"Your dog is admirable" ???? Seriously?? You don't say that to anybody's dog. LOL
Спасибо.
ОтветитьIT IS DOPE LEFT THE CHAT
Ответитьyou are not confident, you are not making eye contact with you camera
ОтветитьAbsolutely helpful ...
Ответитьthis video is wonderful i love it
ОтветитьAs a native speaker I think it’s okay to use ‘very’ sometimes. You don’t always need to find better words in casual conversation. This channel has kept popping up in my recommendations and one thing I feel like people learning American English should keep in mind is not to overuse ‘ten dollar words’. Those are words that are relatively obscure or uncommon. It can be awkward if you’re throwing out a huge word with a simpler alternative in casual conversation. Especially awkward if you misuse them. The best way to learn which words sound right is to listen as much as possible to the most common phrases - they might be simpler than you think. Best of luck studying and honestly if you’re close enough people will be understanding. America has tons of people with strong accents and imperfect English
ОтветитьYou're very cute!
ОтветитьThanks for all native American to correct her.
ОтветитьVery good video
ОтветитьAs others have pointed out, "admirable" means "a good role model" and not "cute". Also, the word "splendid" sounds archaic and stilted in most contexts, and is usually sarcastic.
ОтветитьYou look like Ronaldo who is wearing Argentina jersey.
ОтветитьYes, very interesting.
Ответить“Very “ matters - let’s keep “very” alive
ОтветитьI still remember, Back in 2018 my classmate said i was lit and i was searching for the meaning and Google said it meant something on fire and a video on yt said it meant "little" i was rather confused of what to take it as whether a compliment or not then the other time when she said that i was lit again i went like "ahahah" seriously what am i suppose to say when someone calls me little 💀
Ответитьalso her: "it's very weak"
ОтветитьMe : your dog is very adorable 🤧
ОтветитьNo, very is enough for me. The all other words are too much fancy.. like grandmother words. I never said splendid mehh. İm not that colorfull person. Just very good...
ОтветитьPretty and cute
ОтветитьIs she telling "your a dog"? Messed with You're a dog is adorable?
ОтветитьЭто ты неправильно говоришь по-английски, даже туземец так не говорит!
ОтветитьНеправильно.
ОтветитьI use Very and Really and all these words. Now go to bed and think about quitting English in your nap.
ОтветитьLol after watching this video
"This video was very helpful"
❤️❤️
ОтветитьVery is more appropriate than "Lit". The only time "Lit" is proper is if used in the sentence " Your dog is so Lit". And this only works if the dog is literally on fire.
Ответить👍
ОтветитьYou look adorable😁😉
ОтветитьVery is a weak word to describe weak situation. U need to subscribe for more..
ОтветитьPlease can you tell me book
I live in Ethiopia
She sounds… weird. And no one uses those words to describe a dog. Very is ok
ОтветитьI always thought lit meant drunk
ОтветитьU r adorable! In some scenario
ОтветитьFeed us more 😉😎
ОтветитьImagine saying someone
"Your baby is terrific"
