Great question, but there was no answer to the question about the growing number of constituencies. He also joined in the lamentation, just as we all do on a daily basis. It seems like there's more talk and less action. Anyway, let’s amend our constitution and focus our education more on science, math, technology, agriculture, vocational training, technical skills, and proper civic education.
