Hardware Acceleration uses your GPU (Video card) for video encoding over your CPU giving less stress on the it. GPU is generally better and faster for encoding and decoding streams.

My problem is, the picture is super clear no pixel, but the sound cuts in and out. I turned off krisp and echoing effects but it still does it. I stream off my laptop and have great internet. And when I am streaming a UFC fight, 70% of the sound is there and the rest cuts in and out

I've found it looks clearer, but it makes the screenshare look like a slideshow.
