How to install pygame - Python Game Development

i am coding in spyder and when i try to download pip it just claims python I dont have python fucking amazing

python was not found :(

if i tip python -V on pip python is not acognozed BUT I HAVE INSTALL PYTHON?????
pls help

I have installed pip, but when i give command pip install pygame ....it says "pip is not recognised as.....batch file "
